Taylor Swift isn’t always the one being surprised — sometimes she gets to do the surprising, too. On yesterday’s (Jan. 3) episode of the “Rachael Ray Show,” the “Speak Now” songstress snuck up on two of her biggest fans, who had just received Taylor-esque makeovers.

Ray set up the suprise nicely, asking the fans, “What do you think Taylor herself would say?” in regards to the makeover. Out strode Swift, sending the girls into a moment of disbelief.

Not surprisingly, Swift was into their sparkly dresses and golden tresses — but more importantly, their dedication as fans. “I was sitting backstage and getting really emotional,” she told them. “The fact that the two of you have included me so much in your life is so moving to me. Thank you so much.”
The episode, which you can view in its entirety here, continued on with Swift sharing her plans for 2011, and of course, expressing more love for the fans.
