It’s been a little over a week since Taylor Swift dropped her romantic “Lover” remix featuring Shawn Mendes, and on Friday (Nov. 22), the duo unveiled their warm holiday lyric video for the tune.
Swift shared the news on Twitter, calling the clip “wintery cute,” and that’s exactly what it is. The video features a snowglobe filled with snow, a colorful house and sparkling Christmas trees, as the lyrics appear in script inside.

“He has taken ‘Lover’ and he has re-written parts of it, which I think is so important because I love him as a writer,” Swift explained of the Mendes collab in her Instagram post. “And I also think that everybody would write a different love letter to their lover and I think his take on it is so beautiful.”
