Taron Egerton and Jamie Foxx dropped by SiriusXM’s Sway in the Morning to chat with host Sway Calloway about working together on their upcoming movie, Robin Hood.
Among chats about the new movie, Calloway realizes that Egerton is the actor that portrays Elton John in 2019’s Rocketman. After a bout of excitement, Egerton is asked to sing and the actor delves into a rendition of “Your Song.” Egerton’s voice–and looks–strike an eerie resemblance to the icon himself.
Later on in the interview, Foxx freestyles a theme song for Robin Hood. “Makin’ sure we’re all understood/Everything’s feeling good/November 21/As soon as you get off from work,” he plugs into the theme. Watch the full interview below.
