Two years after releasing her 2014 EP The Journey, singer-songwriter Jamie Lynn Spears has released a new song called “Sleepover,” a pop-tinged country tune about new love, patience and taking it slow. Reminding her listeners of the girl power in a relationship, Spears conveys an impactful message and simultaneously gets us in a relaxed summer mood.
