Super Bowl LII just became a family affair. Thanks to the Philadelphia Eagles’ crushing victory on Sunday (Jan. 21) in the NFC championship game you can bet that Pink got a bunch of calls about scoring tickets to the Feb. 4 game in Minneapolis. After all, her hometown team is headed to the big game for the third time in franchise history and the Pennsylvania native just happens to be singing the National Anthem before kick off.
In a series of tweets during the playoff game Pink made it clear that she (and her brother) are pretty jacked about taking on the seemingly unbeatable New England Patriots. “I would be money that my big brother is somewhere crying right now,” she tweeted.

Another proud Philly native, The Roots‘ drummer Questlove, thanked his lucky jersey for making miracles happen while posting some awesome videos from the game at the Eagles’ home at Lincoln Financial Field. In another video he quoted Prince while encouraging Eagles fans to “get crazy.”
He even re-posted a video of former Los Angeles Lakers great Kobe Bryant reciting the Eagle’s victory song, while a fan noted that Quest had tricked-out his drum kit with an Eagles logo.

A fellow Eagles booster, Diplo, had a “lucky charm” while watching the game, posting a video in which he munched on burgers with Dua Lipa during the broadcast.

Philly-bred jazz bassist Christian McBride bonded with Roots keyboard player James Poyser during the game when it looked pretty good for the fellas in green and white.

Another proud hometown booster, DJ Jazzy Jeff, was feeling very good about how things were looking before halftime.

Things did not work out as well for Minnesota Vikings supporter Josh Duhamel, whose team got blown out by the Eagles, even as Fergie’s ex got verbally abused by a Philly fanatic.
It, of course, wasn’t all just Eagles love. The five-times champ Patriots had some star power on their side too, including quarterback Tom Brady’s wife, model Gisele Bundchen, and actress Olivia Culpo, whose boyfriend Patriots wide receiver Danny Amendola helped seal the victory.
