
Stevie Wonder took his trusty harmonica, grabbed a seat and strapped in for a classics-filled “Carpool Karaoke” spin for James Corden’s Late Late Show.
The soul genius was in fine form as he played sight gags (“all English guys look alike”), and belted out a string of classics, including “Superstition,” “Sir Duke,” “Isn’t She Lovely” and “Signed, Sealed, Delivered.”

At one stage, the pair traded calls to the ladies in their lives. Though when the host asked his guest to make a called to Mrs. Corden, Wonder totally lived up to his name. The veteran artist tried out his best English accent, then slotted into “I Just Called to Say I Love You,” with the words adjusted for the occasion. Corden struggled to hold back the tears. It’s as Stevie says: “Teamwork makes the dream work!”

Wonder joins the likes of Justin Bieber, Iggy Azalea, Rod Stewart and Jennifer Hudson to take a musical ride with Corden. The Motown legend’s 20-city Songs In The Key Of Life trek will start Sept. 30 in Montreal and wraps up Nov. 24 at New York’s Madison Square Garden.
