Steve Angello‘s favorite Italian duo have found their way back to his fold.
Promise Land — comprised of Nazario Pelusi and Fabio Ranucci — have turned heads with their immaculate production style and penchant for slotting creative elements into pragmatic arrangements that can fit the main stage format.
The Rome outfit’s strengths are audible on their latest single, “Why I Still Love You,” which the former Swedish House Mafia member describes as “energetic, emotional and inspiring.” While the track’s stomping synth bass drop has festival play written all over it, the producers show their studio prowess during the breakdown’s escalating melodies and slowly filtered vocal sample.

Promise Land made their Size Records debut with 2013’s “Bad DJ,” and Angello says signing its follow-up was an easy decision.
“Love these guys and always supported their quest!” says Angello. “They come from a place where dance music has had a huge impact on the pop culture and impact on youth.”
Promise Land’s “Why I Still Love You” will be available through Size Records on March 9th.
