RED Distribution has announced agreements with two new labels, Southern Lord Records and Decon. Both are effective immediately.
Southern Lord’s first releases through RED will be deluxe vinyl versions of the new studio album from Earth “The Bee Made Honey in the Lions Skull,” sunn 0)))”Domkirke” Live in Bergen Cathedral, a reissue on CD of the first two albums from seminal 90’s Dutch band “Gore” and a new album from Velvet Cacoon. All will be released on November 11. Southern Lord was previously distributed by Caroline.
The first Decon releases under the new deal include 88-Keys’ “The Death of Adam,” and a reissue of Jurassic 5’s 1997 album “J5” with second disc of bonus material and a third disc DVD, both on November 11, followed by Dilated Peoples’ Evidence “The Layover” and Aceyalone “The Lonely Ones” on November 25. Decon was also previously distributed by Caroline.
