Sony/ATV Music Publishing (U.K.) has signed a long-term deal with rising songwriter and producer Alan “N’Glish” Kasirye.
Kasirye, who works out of Metropolis Studios in Chiswick, west London, has collaborated with U.K. soul singer Lemar, Gnarls Barkley vocalist Cee-Lo Green and the Wall Of Sound-signed soul artist Mpho Skeef from South Africa.
In the U.S., he is represented by New York-based Relentless Management. Anna Carpenter at EMI Music Publishing’s producer management division in London manages Kasirye for the rest of the world.
“We have really high hope for Alan, a huge talent who has developed a really good reputation in a relatively short space of time,” says Rakesh Sanghvi, managing director of Sony/ATV Music Publishing (U.K.), in a statement. “With a great management team behind him and our full backing, we believe that he is poised to become one of the biggest names in modern songwriting and production.”
