Tokyo-based Sony Culture Entertainment has launched a Web site to serve as a one-stop destination for Japanese fans of Korean pop culture. SCE is a sister company of Sony Music Entertainment.
The site, Kandora.jp , launches tomorrow (Dec. 1) and features access to Korean entertainment content provided by Sony affiliates; it will also offer information about South Korean TV shows, music, concerts and travel.
The site will include a section titled “Today’s Korean Programs,” comprising a list of popular Korean TV programs airing daily in all parts of Japan.
Music fans will also be provided with information about releases by Korean acts signed or licensed to Sony Music Entertainment.
