Dutch DJ/producer Wiwek has teamed with Skrillex to create the forthcoming short film Still In The Cage. While the film doesn’t premiere until Wednesday (Aug. 17), the two have shared the trailer today.
The dark and adventurous drama takes place in Bangkok, and is set to a score crafted by Wiwek. While the score includes the duo’s new collaborative track “Killa,” it largely draws upon older material as well, primarily from Wiwek’s latest EP The Free and Rebellious.

The film will be screened at The Ace Hotel in downtown Los Angeles on Wednesday. The premiere will be followed by a Q&A, along with an afterparty hosted by the two artists. More information can be found here.
