As part of its efforts to continue expanding its Latin subscriber base, SiriusXM has appointed Frank Flores as VP of Hispanic Marketing and Sales.
Flores will be based in New York, reporting to SiriusXM President and Chief Content Officer Scott Greenstein. He will oversee all marketing and advertising sales of SiriusXM’s 10 music channels plus its many Spanish-language sports and talk channels.
Previously, Flores was SVP of Sales Marketing for National Latino Broadcasting. Prior to joining NLB, Flores was Chief Revenue Officer for Spanish Broadcasting Systems, overseeing the day-to-day operations of twenty radio stations across the country.
SiriusXM’s offering of Latin music runs the gamut from this and tropical to alternative, urban and bilingual, and in the past year in particular, the company has stepped up in its efforts to promote Latin music and artists and provide unique Latin content.
