SiriusXM is pulling out all the stops for New Years Eve this year announcing live performances, special broadcasts and even a temporary channel.
On New Year’s Eve, genre-specific stations will be airing live and captured performances such as Maroon 5 (The Pulse), Diplo and Steve Aoki (Electric Area), Willie Nelson (Willie’s Roadhouse), and more.
SiriusXM will also be broadcasting encores of some of their exclusive concerts from 2016, featuring artists like Garth Brooks, Coldplay and Bon Jovi, while other genre-specific stations will be holding “all-time best” countdowns.

To top it all off, they’re launching a limited-run channel called New Year’s Nation — launching Friday, Dec. 30 at 5 p.m. ET airing through Monday, Jan. 2 until 3 a.m. ET — which will be available on channel 18, the XM app, and the SiriusXM website.
