Sia will make a triumphant homecoming when she returns to Australia later this year for her first stadium tour.
The Adelaide born-and-raised star will play Melbourne’s AAMI Park (Nov. 30), Sydney’s Allianz Stadium (Dec. 2) and Mt Smart Stadium (Dec. 5) in Auckland, New Zealand on her Nostalgic For The Present tour, her first in these parts for more than five years.

With these dates, Sia becomes just the third solo female artist to play Australian stadiums in the past quarter century, after Taylor Swift (for 2013’s Red Tour and 2015’s 1989 trek) and Madonna (1993’s Girlie Show dates).
An all-female lineup will support Sia on her Australasian dates, including British artist Charli XCX, Danish singer MØ and rising Aussie performer Amy Shark, according to the tour promoter, Michael Chugg Entertainment.
The three concerts are Sia’s only live concerts announced for 2017.
The multiple Grammy-nominated singer and songwriter’s career has gone supernova since she last performed in Australia in support of her We Are Born album. On that 2011 trip, she filled up theaters and appeared on the bill for the now-defunct Big Day Out festival tour. Sia has since made history by winning the prestigious APRA Songwriter of the Year over three successive occasions and she scooped a string of ARIA Awards, including female artist of the year and album of the year.
Sia’s most recent album, 2016’s This Is Acting, opened at No. 1 on the ARIA Albums Chart and she earned her first Billboard Hot 100 chart-leader with its single, “Cheap Thrills”. Her previous album, 1000 Forms Of Fear, hit the top in the U.S. and Australia. A year ago this month, Spotify named Sia the most streamed Australian artist of all time.
Across her Australasian shows, she’ll perform songs from This Is Acting alongside her previous hit releases “Chandelier,” “Elastic Heart”,”Clap Your Hands” and more, Chugg announces. The general ticket onsale begins June 7.
