Sia has delivered another impressive performance of her hit single “Alive,” this time for viewers of the U.K.’s X Factor.
The enigmatic Australian singer-songwriter didn’t hit a wrong note as she took the stage in a massive polka dot bow and with an oversized black-and-white wig (the same she wore for a performance last week on Ellen) obscuring her face.
Sia was joined with a dancer (reportedly the Frenchwoman Julia Spiesser) who was dead ringer of Maddie Ziegler in her skin-colored leotard and seemingly boundless energy.

At the end of the performance Sunday night (Dec. 6), host Olly Murs asked Sia when she might embark of a tour. “I don’t know, maybe next year. I don’t know,” she responded. “I’m waiting for the right number.”
“Alive” will feature on Sia’s next album This Is Acting, which she told the X Factor audience was filled with “rejects that other pop stars didn’t want to sing.” Indeed, Sia originally wrote “Alive” for Adele.
This Is Acting is Sia’s seventh studio set and it’s slated for release on Jan. 29, 2016. It’s the follow up to Sia’s 2014 album 1000 Forms Of Fear, which hit No. 1 in the U.S. and Australia and carried the hit singles “Chandelier” and “’Elastic Heart”.
