Sharon Osbourne — one of the five hosts of the daytime television series The Talk — reported that she once cut her wrists in an effort to prove how much she loved (her then-boyfriend, now-husband) Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne.
According to Osbourne, it was around four in the morning, she was 27, semi-drunk, and very much in love. After telling Ozzy, “I’d do anything for you,” she decided to prove the depth of her commitment by grabbing a steak knife and slashing her wrists. “Unfortunately for me,” she told her co-hosts on The Talk, “I kind of went too deep and it wouldn’t stop bleeding so I’m saying, ‘Dear, I think we’d better call an ambulance.'”
She laughs about the whole thing, though it doesn’t seem particularly funny — Osbourne was apprently admitted to psychiatric hospital after the incident.
Osbourne was also in the news recently for attacking U2 and Apple on Twitter.
U2 you are business moguls not musicians anymore. No wonder you have to give your mediocre music away for free cause no one wants to buy it.
