One month after SZA tweeted about an implied racial profiling incident at Sephora, the beauty store will be closing all locations on Wednesday (June 5) for a one-hour inclusion workshop, according to a video uploaded to Facebook. The brand also previously apologized to the Grammy-nominated songstress, noting that it is “working with our teams to address the situation immediately.”
“Lmao Sandy Sephora location 614 Calabasas called security to make sure I wasn’t stealing,” SZA explained of the situation on Twitter. “We had a long talk. U have a blessed day Sandy.”

“Can a bitch cop her fenty in peace er whut,” she followed up, referring to Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty makeup brand. The tweet caught RiRi’s attention, and she sent SZA a Fenty gift card and a handwritten note. “Go buy yo Fenty Beauty in peace sis!” it read, according to NBC News.
