Reluctant caregiver Paul Rudd and his first-ever client embark on a road trip in Netflix’s upcoming Fundamentals of Caring.
The film, for which Netflix nabbed streaming video on demand rights at Sundance this year, centers on Ben (Rudd), a caregiver to his very first client Trevor (Craig Roberts), an 18-year-old with muscular dystrophy. The duo go on a road trip to find the “lamest roadside attractions,” but along the way to see the world’s biggest bovine, the teen finds a new goal and a new friend in Dot (Selena Gomez).
