Scooter Braun, Justin Bieber‘s manager, has a new young’un to take care of.
Braun, 33, and his wife Yael Cohen Braun welcomed their first child, a boy, on Friday, TMZ reports. They were visited at their L.A. hospital by many music-industry supporters, including Bieber (who caused a commotion among the nurses upon his arrival). Their son’s name has not yet been released.
Mom and dad are “happy and in love,” said a source close to the family.
Braun has been greatly anticipating his son’s birth; when interviewed for the 2015 Billboard Power 100 roundup, in which he placed 41, he said his favorite accomplishment of the past year was “getting married [to wife Yael, co-founder of F- Cancer] and finding out we’re going to have a child.” He owns the labels School Boy Records and Raymond-Braun Media Group (the latter a joint project with Usher), has represented the teen sensations Carly Rae Jepsen and the Wanted and recently began working with the electronic dance music star Steve Angello.
