Prepare to be shocked, simply shocked: In a new interview with V magazine, Sam Smith said he’s met a lot of artists at awards shows and events — and some of them aren’t exactly pleasant.
“Even when you meet them — I won’t name names — but some of these pop stars are just awful,” Smith said in his interview with Chaka Khan, per E! Online. “And they have not even had half the success that you’ve had and yet you’re so humble and kind.”
Who the heck is rude to Smith?
In happier news, Khan and Smith vowed to work together in the future — and maybe even bring in Mary J. Blige. “Hundred percent, I’m in,” Smith told Khan. “I was actually thinking me, you, and Mary [J. Blige] would do something.”
