Glasgow DJ and producer Rustie has announced via social media that “all gigs in the near future” are canceled; this includes his New Year’s Eve performance in San Bernardino, California and his set at Holy Ship! in January.
He pairs the unfortunate news with the public acknowledgement of his addiction and mental health problems.

Two months ago, the UK artist released a track called “160 Hospital Riddim” while in the hospital to receive treatment for diabetes.
Although it is currently unknown as to how his diabetes have affected his mental health and vice versa, Rustie’s management will be updating fans on the situation as he recovers.
