The Rolling Stones warmed up for their upcoming string of arena dates with a raucous 12-song gig at the LaTrabendo club in Paris on Thursday.
Six hundred lucky bastards fans witnessed the reunification of Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Ronnie Wood and Charlie Watts, who played fast and loose with a batch of hits including “Shattered,” “Miss You” and “Tumbling Dice.” They also tried out two new songs “One More Shot” and the just-released single “Doom and Gloom.”

Rolling Stones Spell ‘Doom and Gloom’ in New Single
The once-in-a-lifetime show, which lasted an hour, was announced today on the band’s Twitter page and cost fans a mere €15 ($19.5). The Stones hadn’t played together since August 2007 when their two-year “Bigger Bang” tour wrapped up.
The Stones are celebrating their 50th anniversary this year with the greatest hits collection “Grrr!”, a new coffee table book and two documentaries, “Crossfire Hurricane” and “Charlie Is My Darling — Ireland 1965.”
On Oct. 15 the band confirmed at least four upcoming arena shows, split between London (Nov. 25 and 29 at O2 Arena) and New Jersey (Dec. 13 and 15 at the Prudential Center).
Wood hinted in an interview with NME this week that the band may play several club shows, possibly under the sometime-alias the Cockroaches.
