Robin Thicke announced on Friday he’ll hit the road next year for a 15-city tour in support of his chart-topping “Blurred Lines” album. The soul-pop crooner will kick things off Feb. 21 in Atlanta and weave through the U.S. and Canada, ending in San Francisco on March 29.
For all dates, Thicke will be joined by Jessie J and DJ Cassidy. Tickets go on sale Sept. 20, with the best seats benefiting a pair of charities.
The singer has had a busy, headline-making summer. His “Blurred Lines” single — the undisputed song of the summer — recently ended a 12-week run atop the Hot 100, and last month, the album it opens debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 album chart. There was also a now-infamous duet with Miley Cyrus at the MTV Video Music Awards.
Past tours for Thicke have included opening stints with Beyonce and Alicia Keys and a co-headlining trip with Jennifer Hudson. For his last album, 2011’s “Love After War,” Thicke spent three weeks on the road.
