If you’re looking for a way to get (metaphorically) close to Rihanna, here’s your chance: one of the pop star’s West Hollywood properties has been listed for rent with the help of Compass Real Estate‘s Jackie Smith. Don’t get too excited, though — the Spanish-modern “micro-compound” comes with the hefty monthly fee of $16,500.
The 2,886 square foot rental is stacked with common amenities you’d imagine a celebrity would want: an automatic driveway gate, four bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors, spacious closets, a pool and even a one-bedroom guest house. The 29-year-old purchased the home in August 2017 for $2.75 million and reportedly re-listed it just a few months later.
In addition to this one and at least two other multi-million dollar properties in Los Angeles, the “Wild Thoughts” singer also owns a mansion-sized condo in her home country of Barbados. It may seem like a lot to spend on just houses, but after her Fenty Beauty cosmetic line alone made $72 million in just one month after release, we’re pretty positive it’s no sweat for the eight-time Grammy-winner to splurge on whatever her heart desires.
Though the bad gal is rumored to have never even spent a night in the home, assumably she has, in fact, at least been inside the residence. And plus, who wouldn’t want to brag about Rihanna being their landlord?
