
Rihanna, Coldplay and Paul McCartney have been added to the lineup of performers at the Grammy Awards’ Feb. 12 telecast.
The former two acts will perform together for the first time, and McCartney — no stranger to the Grammys stage — is also slated for a number. The former Beatle will be honored as 2012 Musicares Person of the Year for his contributions to music and philanthropy.

Previously announced performers include Taylor Swift, Kelly Clarkson, Foo Fighters, Bruno Mars, Jason Aldean and Nicki Minaj. LL Cool J will host the 54th Annual Grammy Awards as the ceremony’s first emcee in seven years.

Rihanna is nominated for Album Of The Year and Best Pop Vocal Album for Loud, Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for her songs “What’s My Name?” (featuring Drake) and “All Of The Lights” (featuring Kanye West, Kid Cudi and Fergie).
Coldplay scored three nominations: Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for “Paradise,” and Best Rock Performance and Best Rock Song for “Every Teardop Is A Waterfall.”
McCartney, who’s got 14 Grammys under his belt, is up for Best Historical Album for a deluxe edition of “Band on the Run.”
