Japanese rock band RADWIMPS will hit cities in Asia again this summer following last year’s successful jaunt.
The “Zenzenzense” hitmakers have added Beijing and Chengdu to the list of cities they visited in 2017. The 2018 Asia Live Tour expects to draw a total of approximately 40,000 fans and will be the band’s biggest overseas trek to date.
The four-member band led by frontman Yojiro Noda will kick off their domestic Road to Catharsis Tour 2018 in June and perform 11 shows at six arenas across Japan before traveling to China in July.
RADWIMPS are also set to release a new single, “Katarusisuto,” on June 6, which will be used as the theme song for Fuji TV’s 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia broadcasts.
