The Eagles and Dixie Chicks will perform at a benefit concert for the Recording Artists Coalition (RAC) on Oct. 12 at the MCI Center in Washington, D.C., all-star benefits in Los Angeles, featuring the Eagles, Dixie Chicks, Billy Joel, Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder, Beck and No Doubt, among many others.
The Oct. 12 show will come a few days after the Eagles play a free show at Ottawa’s Corel Centre, staged by the new owner of the National Hockey League’s Ottawa Senators. On Oct. 21, Warner Strategic Marketing will release the two-disc retrospective, “Eagles — The Very Best Of,” featuring a newly recorded single, “Hole in the World.”
