Pusha T has broken out of the first phase of his music career where he served as one-half of rap duo Clipse. After signing with Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music in September 2010, the Virginia native embarked on a solo career, contributing to ‘Ye’s single “Runaway” and releasing his debut mixtape “Fear of God.” The 35-year-old, who spent the last year publicly beefing with Lil Wayne, followed with his first retail project “Fear of God II: Let Us Pray,” which hit No. 10 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. Since delivering standout verses on G.O.O.D. Music’s “Cruel Summer,” Push’ releases his “Wrath of Caine” mixtape (listen to “Only You Can Tell It” on Billboard.com) ahead of his first solo full-length studio album “My Name is My Name,” which touts the Future-assisted single “Pain.”
