With his newly found global appeal, PSY will release an international album this year that will feature songs in both Korean and English. PSY has hit the studio with Diplo, 2 Chainz, and told Billboard he and MC Hammer were “cooking in the kitchen.” Despite the recruited star power, PSY has said he wants to stand alone on his next single to prove he can have “Gangnam Style”-sized success without the aid of others. The K-pop veteran has also expressed that he wants his new single to be in Korean with a new dance that will include sports-inspired moves.
