Dean Smith of Scottsdale, Ariz. decided to propose to his now-fiancee Jennifer on her birthday — last year. Because he wanted to make the proposal truly memorable, he decided to create a 365-day countdown to the proposal, recording himself asking Jennifer to marry him everyday for an entire year. As he put it in the video, “For the next year, I’ll show you how much I love you and that you’re in my thoughts every day. I want to marry you.”
