?The Toronto home where the late pop icon Prince lived for five years to 2006 is up for sale.
The 14,280 square-foot house in the city’s exclusive Bridle Path neighborhood, long a secluded hideaway for Canada’s super-rich, is on the market for the princely sum of $12.8 million, according to the Mansion Global realty website.
The gated estate set on a two-acre woodland site has marble floors, six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a swimming pool, a tennis court and sprawling grounds. Prince died unexpectedly last Thursday at his Paisley Park estate in Minnesota. He was 57.
He lived in the Canadian home after marrying Toronto-born Manuela Testolini in 2001. Prince then sold the house after divorcing Testolini in 2006.
The house was sold again in 2011, and returned to the Toronto market in late 2015, before media interest following the pop legend’s death put the property in the headlines this week.
