And this time, Justin Bieber’s “Sorry” got the presidential treatment. The Billboard Hot 100 No. 1’s beat is the perfect backdrop to Barack’s sound bites. Also, he’s become an honorary dancer from the “Sorry” dance video, which has garnered more than 684 million YouTube views.
