
Post Malone and Bud Light are in a bit of a dilemma. The rapper and beer company created two awesome commercials promoting the newly-launched Bud Light Seltzer, and now they don’t know which one should air during the Super Bowl.
The first ad, “#PostyStore,” shows the rapper entering a convenience store to purchase some of his go-to Bud Light, before he notices the Seltzer. We then get a peek of the mayhem that goes on inside Posty’s brain as he tries to decide which to purchase. When the debate leads the rapper to make mess in the store, he remembers that he’s rich so he can just buy both.
The second, “#PostyBar,” hass Post in a bar, where he tries out Bud Light Seltzer in the mango flavor for the first time. Once again, we head inside his brain, where the workers inside ask all of his senses what the 100-calorie drink tastes like, how it smells and if he likes it. Unfortunately, the spleen didn’t get much of a say.
“It feels cool to be in a Bud Light commercial, especially a Bud Light Super Bowl commercial, which is a huge deal,” Post Malone said of the ad in a press statement. “I just love the taste and the camaraderie. So it’s a real honor and blessing for me to be able to be a part of such a big moment.”
Now through Thursday (Jan. 30) fans can head to Bud Light’s social channels to share their input and help pick which one airs.
