While it’s been clear on social media that Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson are happily engaged, the Saturday Night Live star is the first of the two to finally speak publicly about it.
Davidson appears on Wednesday’s (June 20) episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, alongside Robert Pattinson. In a sneak peek posted to the show’s Twitter account, Fallon jokingly remarks, “You know you didn’t have to get engaged to Ariana Grande to come on our show.”
“But I did though!” the comedian confirmed. “I feel like I won a contest. So sick.”
When asked how he’s handling it all, in true New York fashion Davidson replies: “It’s f—ing lit, Jimmy.”
