Can we “Talk About It”? Scandinavian producers Alex Odden and Michael Parsberg, aka Pegboard Nerds, are back at it with their latest future bass-filled track featuring vocals from Desirée Dawson. The airy, fresh-to-death track is part of their much anticipated Nerds By Nature EP which is out today (Jan.)
On how the track came about, the duo said, “We always had those opening chords at the back of our mind, until we we were recording vocals for some newer demos last year with Desirée Dawson.” They continued, “At the very end of the session we were just playing old demos and talking, and upon hearing the ‘Feel Good’ demo she just kind of improved over it, and it was amazing. We immediately got our phones out to record it, and what she sang in the studio that day basically made it unaltered into the final version of ‘Talk About It.'”
You can also catch the dynamic duo on their upcoming North American tour. “We think this will be our best tour yet, focusing more on what Pegboard Nerds is about both as a touring act and with our music, and we can’t wait to show people this.”
