The Black Eyed Peas, Death Cab For Cutie and John Digweed lead the lineup for the sixth annual Giant Village New Year’s event, to be held Dec. 31 across six city blocks of Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles.
Six stages will be utilized for the celebration, with Black Eyed Peas, Z-Trip and Junkie XL set for the Grand stage, Death Cab, Christopher Lawrence and Jason Bentley confirmed for the Hope stage and Digweed (offering a five-hour DJ set) and Jimmy Van M set for the Flower stage.
The Crystal Method and Adam Freeland will overtake the Community Service stage, while Miguel Migs and Marques Wyatt will entertain on the Deep stage. The Mutayor stage will feature DJs, dancers, drummers and other performance artists.
Tickets are $80 in advance and $150 for VIP, with some proceeds earmarked for the American Red Cross and the non-profit employment organization Chrysalis.
Digweed, Crystal Method and Bentley performed at Giant Village last year, along with Paul Oakenfold and the Killers, among others.
