Longtime ASCAP Nashville director of media relations Michelle Goble has joined the Academy of Country Music as director of membership and events. She replaces Tiffany Davis, who recently exited.
Additionally, ACM staffer Anna Grigorian has been elevated to the position of manager of member services. Both report to ACM executive director Bob Romeo.
Goble, who will manage member services on an executive level, will also oversee special events surrounding the Academy of Country Music Awards, including the celebrity motorcycle ride, Fremont Street performances, poker tournament and new artists’ party for a cause. She will also focus on the Academy’s membership and member events.
Three year ACM vet Grigorian will oversee all of member services, including maintenance of the member database, recruitment of new professional and associate members, development of member benefits and programs and customer services. Grigorian will manage the voting process for the ACM Awards.
The addition of Goble is latest in a series of hires at the ACM. Lisa Lee and Brooke Primero also joined the staff recently — Lee as senior director of creative development and Primero as senior director of publicity and marketing.
