It’s called the Tribeca Film Festival, but the annual celebration of movies has a lot of music coursing through its veins. Guests, some barefoot, flocked to “The Other One: The Long, Strange Trip of Bob Weir,” a Mike Fleiss-directed documentary about the founding member of The Grateful Dead. Weir followed up the screening with a 70-minute acoustic set, which featured the Jerry Garcia-penned “Loose Lucy.” Those who attended a School of Visual Arts Q&A with Bjork following a screening of “Bjork: Biophilia Live,” shot in September at London’s Alexandra Place and directed by Nick Fenton and Peter Strickland, probed her about her outfits, future concert dates and her influence on Lady Gaga (she opted not to answer that one). At the Farfetch-sponsored after-party of the Gia Coppola-helmed “Palo Alto,” held at Up&Down, James Franco and Emma Roberts danced along to a performance by Blood Orange’s Dev Hynes, who scored the film, and his girlfriend, Friends singer Samantha Urbani. And Adam Levine went from musician to movie star: The singer, who appears in “Begin Again” with Keira Knightley and Hailee Steinfeld, attended the Chanel dinner at Tribeca Grill, which closed out the 11-day festival.
