Dallas is the city of choice for NU’EST‘s first American concert.
The K-pop boy band announced they’ll hold MyMusicTaste Presents NU’EST in Dallas on May 3, their first solo showcase in North America. The concert was put together by MyMusicTaste, a kickstarter-esque concert platform for music fans. The show starts at 6:00pm at Gilley’s Dallas. And even better, it’s now free!
Hitting the scene in 2012 under Pledis Entertainment (home to After School and Orange Caramel), the five-member NU’EST debuted by tackling the subject on bullying on their first single “Face.” The quintet has since performed at different North American events including 2012’s inaugural KCON festival in Los Angeles, and the boys will headline the upcoming Toronto Kpop Con on May 2.
Ticket prices range from $30 general entry to $150 VIP and meet-and-greet tickets that includes early entry to the venue, an autograph signing session and pictures with the group. Tickets can be bought via MyMusicTaste. Those who bought the initial $30 G.A. tickets will be refunded, according to a statement from MyMusicTaste.
