The 2016 North Coast Festival draws from a variety of genres, including hip-hop (Juicy J), R&B (Ty Dolla $ign), tropical house (Matoma), and trap-inflected dance (Baauer).
This range is reflected in the headliners — ODESZA, Bassnectar, and Zedd — who each offer a different strand of electronic music. But there’s depth as well as breadth: the event also promises to drill down into specific sounds via the Heineken House, which will include house legends like Farley Jackmaster Funk, and a Silent Disco.
