The ballgame is finished, social media is just getting started.
On Sunday night, New England Patriots pipped the Los Angeles Rams 13-3 to win Super Bowl LIII and give superstar Quarterback Tom Brady a history-making sixth title.
As Patriots fans rejoiced and Rams supporters wept, celebrities and sports fans turned to social media to share their thoughts on the game and all the entertainment spinning off it, from the commercials to the star-studded halftime performances and much more. It wasn’t the prettiest contest, but Brady and Co. did enough to get the win. Even Spongebob Squarepants was bouncing with excitement.
