Sony/ATV Music Publishing has re-signed singer/songwriter Neil Diamond to a long-term, worldwide publishing agreement.
Diamond, who has been with Sony/ATV since 1992, has sold more than 125 million records, scored 36 top 40 hits and performed at thousands of sold-out shows all over the globe during his 40 plus-year career, according to the press release announcing the deal.
During that time, Diamond was nominated 12 times for a Grammy, winning once; was a Golden Globe recepient; has been inducted into the Songwriter’s Hall of Fame and is recipient of that organization’s prestigious Sammy Cahn Lifetime Achievement Award.
