
At the National Music Publishers’ Association annual meeting last night at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in Times Square, New York City, the organization announced its new board of directors, including newly-elected Kobalt Music Group CEO Willard Ahdritz.
Other members returning to the board are: Sony/ATV Music Publishing chairman/CEO Martin Bandier; Carlin America president/CEO Caroline Beinstock; Helene Blue Musique president Helene Blue; Ten Ten Music Group co-president Barry Coburn; Major Bob owner and president Bob Doyle; MPL Communications executive Lee Eastman; Spirit Music president/CEO Mark Fried; Round Hill Music president Neil Gillis; and BMG Chrysalis president of creative and marketing Laurent Hubert. Also reappointed to the board, Universal Music Publishing Group chairman/CEO Zach Horowitz; Demi Music head Dean Kay; Levy Music head Leeds Levy; peermusic chair and CEO Ralph Peer II; Songs Music Publishing founder/CEO Matt Pincus; Richmond Organization VP of of industry affairs Irwin Z. Robinson; Warner/Chappel Music chairman/ceo Cameron Strang; and Imagem Music president U.S. Richard Stumpf.
