Morrissey has officially postponed all his UK and European July shows. According to a statement posted by the singer’s management, the change was due to “logistical circumstances beyond our control.”
A report by The Guardian noted that a group of former Morrissey fans were planning to host an anti-racism party during his Manchester concert on July 8, sparked by a string of controversial comments made by the singer back in April.
All tickets from the July concerts will be refunded, and the tour will start back up again in Mexico City on November 23. Read the full statement below.
