BON JOVI ANNOUNCES 2013 TOUR, FAN-FRIENDLY PRICES: Bon Jovi’s upcoming dates will feature seven price tiers in most markets, including more than 1,000 tickets priced at $19.50 before service fees in every city. RADICAL.FM, SWEDISH STREAMING START-UP, TAKES AIM AT SPOTIFY’S CROWN WITH AD-FREE MUSIC: Sweden, the country that brought the world Spotify, is spawning another free on-demand music service via Radical.fm. The Stockholm-based company, which launched last year as a radio streaming service in Sweden, on Tuesday is adding an unlimited on-demand and curated streaming radio service that’s not only free of charge, but also advertising-free. ROLLING STONES, ENDEMOL UNVEIL BAND’S FIRST-EVER APP: The Rolling Stones and TV producer Endemol, in partnership with promoter Dainty Group today unveiled the global launch of the band’s first-ever app. The free Rolling Stones Official App is part of the 50th anniversary celebrations. The app features interviews, ticket contests, photos, videos, and, in the paid-for portion, content shot specifically for the Stones’ upcoming tour. The app will later allow fans to vote for a track to be played at a concert.

INGROOVES FONTANA LAUNCHES ARTIST SERVICES DIVISION: INgrooves Fontana has announced the creation of INresidence Artist Services in the US – an in-house artist marketing and promotion division.
The unit will provide select INgrooves Fontana clients with access to product management, radio and video promotion, sync licensing, online marketing, publicity support and sponsorship services.

Kelly thinks so – and says he’s working to bring the wacky characters and plotlines in his even wackier “Trapped in the Closet” series to the Great White Way. BILLY SCOTT, 1960S, ’70S HIT R&B SINGER , RIP: Rhythm and blues singer Billy Scott has died in North Carolina at age 70. Scott died from pancreatic and liver cancer Saturday at his home in Charlotte. In 1966, Scott and his wife Barbara began recording as The Prophets. Their first gold record was 1968’s “I Got the Fever.” Other hits included “California” and “Seaside Love” as the Georgia Prophets. The group recorded a number of hits in the 1970s in the beach music genre, a regional variant of R&B. Scott was inducted into the North Carolina Music Hall of Fame in 1999.
