This week’s spin comes from morgxn. The Los Angeles-based pop newcomer’s debut LP vital arrives Friday via wxnderlost records/Hollywood Records. The release caps a breakthrough year that included a European tour supporting X Ambassadors and will come with a surprise collaboration with The Naked & Famous (“Alone/Forever”). The rising star will also sweep the festival circuit this summer, making stops at Lollapalooza, Firefly, Cayuga and more.
To celebrate the release, morgxn curated this week’s #TBT Mixtape, inspired by his Nashville upbringing, titled “tender heart.” “Tender hearts are made to be broken and find their way back,” he says.
