MK is the latest DJ/producer to join the ranks of the Apple Beats 1 Radio family. The ’90s house hero and remix artist extraordinaire will represent the freshest and funkiest of house on a bi-weekly radio program, named in honor of his label Area10.
The two-hour presentation will feature mixes from MK and special friendly guests. Area10 Radio makes its debut Friday, Jan. 20, at 3 pm PST.
“I’ll be diving into some old school house and techno, new music, remixes, and upcoming collabs,” MK says. “I will also have some of my favorite producers and friends as guests on each show, from the legends to the up and comers. You can tune-in every other week for your fresh dose of Area10.”
Fans can follow the show on iTunes for updates and releases. MK is also happy to announce a tour with his homie Shiba San. Tickets go on sale Tuesday, Jan. 24.
