When Miley Cyrus mourned her late blowfish last month with a haunting song, she probably didn’t know it would lead to any awards. Well, thanks to her love for Pablow — and her new vegan lifestyle — Cyrus has been named PETA’s Sexiest Vegetarian Celebrity of 2015.

PETA explained the choice on its website: “After hearing the heartrending song written for her beloved blowfish and reading about her unflinching dedication to animal rights and her decision to go vegan, PETA knew that Miley Cyrus isn’t just any sexy vegetarian celebrity — she’s the Sexiest Vegetarian Celebrity of 2015!”
Last year, MiCy adopted a vegan diet and has since made a very public point to advocate for a dairy- and meat-free lifestyle. In her recent interview with Paper magazine, she talked more on the subject, saying she is ready to be held “accountable” by her fans.
The Happy Hippie founder’s Instagram posts, like the one below, aren’t doing such a bad job at building up her fans’ appetites either.
