
On March 24, thousands hit the streets of Washington, D.C. and cities across the United States to demand gun control and change at March For Our Lives demonstrations. In the wake of the Feb. 14 shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla., calls for action and reform have grown louder thanks to the tireless efforts of Stoneman Douglas high school students and activists working alongside them to eradicate school shootings and gun violence.
Numerous celebrities — including Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, and more — have lent their support, with many of them joining the crowds to protest peacefully at March For Our Lives events throughout the country.
