The name of PepsiCo’s Bubly flavored sparkling water is getting remixed, thanks to Michael Bublé.
Bubly’s first Super Bowl commercial is set to air Feb. 3, during the biggest sporting event in America, and the Grammy-winning singer is on a one-man mission to correct the spelling and pronunciation of the Bubly drink. In the video teased below, the suit-clad crooner is seen sitting on the floor of a grocery store, taking a permanent marker to each colorful can and handwriting an “é” over the “y” in Bubly — much to the frustration of the shop owner.

“I might be Canadian, but I’m a big fan of American football,” Bublé said in a statement to People. “I had a blast doing my very first Super Bowl commercial with Bublé — I mean Bubly. Because of our similar names, the brand and I share a special bond.”
The full 30-second ad — titled “Can I have a Bublé?” — also features comedian Aparna Nancherla, who tries to convince the singer otherwise.
The commercial is the first Super Bowl spot for the sparkling water line since it launched in early 2018. The ad will highlight its four newest flavors: blackberry, cranberry, raspberry and peach. The beverages will join the current flavor lineup, which includes lime, grapefruit, strawberry, lemon, orange, apple, mango and cherry.
